Any registered voter can vote by mail in Indiana's 2020 primary election.
Applications for Mail-in ballots must be received by the county election board or the Indiana Election Division by 11:59 pm on May 21, 2020!
There are four ways you can request a mail-in (absentee) ballot.
ONLINE
To fill out an absentee ballot request online:
Go to Indiana Voters, click on ‘Vote by Mail or Travel Board’.
On the next page, click on ‘Visit My Voter Portal’ and complete the information about yourself.
After that, you will be taken to your voter info page. On the left side of the screen click on Absentee Voting and Vote By Mail.
Complete the form and submit the application. The application must be completed and received by the county election board or the Indiana Election Division by 11:59 pm on May 21, 2020.
To request an Absentee ballot by email:
Allen County: Email the Allen County Election Board at acebab@allencounty.us
Other Indiana Residents: Find your County Election Board email address HERE (link downloads an Excel file).
Once received, the application must be completed and received by the county election board or the Indiana Election Division by 11:59 pm on May 21, 2020.

The application must be mailed in time to arrive at the county election board or the Indiana Election Division by 11:59 pm on May 21, 2020.
